Service-Mate is designed to help small to mid sized business in the Service and Repair industries by keeping an electronic record of all quotes, work orders and invoices in addition to helping with your inventory control and time management.
The software is available at three different levels:
Accounting - All of our softwares will intergrate almost seemlesly with most accounting software, you can view our partners page for a list of existing accounting interfaces and even if your software if not listed there we are normally able to make a customized interface for your business.
Language - Because our clients do business across North America, our software can be used in both french and english and we also offer all our form in both languages as well.
Service-Mate Lite is for the indenpendant worker, it offers most of the same features as the standard version but leaves out those targeted to managing multiple employees and locations.

The service center software handles all your daily operational needs. It is designed to communicate with your remote employees and suppliers with fax and e-mail features as well as interface with your other software for financial and administrative needs.
The database is housed on your server and is accessible to all licensed users within your organization.

The Field portion of the software is an add-on to the standard edition and has everything needed to keep track of your mobile workforce and keep them in touch with your base of operations.

- Real-time dispatching of employees, providing job, customer and product information
- Time clock to control time billing
- Create and track requisitions and/or PO's for ordering of materials at the job site from a warehouse and/or supplier (including auto numbering)
- Transmit requisitions and/or PO's to the office or supplier through the web site or wireless communications
- Comparing of materials used at the site vs. materials ordered
- Create numbered electronic work-orders for labor and materials used
- Produce and print copies of work-order on site (optional printer or using customer’s internet connection and equipment)
